Northwestern University '09 4-Time National Champion - Jackson has played and coached at all different levels of the game. Jackson has also worked under each iteration of Professional Women's Lacrosse (GM, Philadelphia Force 2016; COO of Women's Professional Lacrosse League 2017-2020; and helped launch Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse 2021) and is currently serving as a Sr. Manager within Athletes Unlimited.

As a player, Jackson captain Norwell High School to the program's first MIAA State Championship. She went on to win Four-Straight Division I National Championships ('06, '07, '08, '09) with Northwestern Women's Lacrosse. Following her playing career, Caitlin began coaching as assistant coach at the University of Connecticut. Jackson subsequently worked with Iona College and Wilton High School (FCIAC Champions 2011), Columbia University, and the University of Pennsylvania.
